In 2023–2024, Otari Melikishvili developed an IT strategy for automating operations at a waste management company.
The work included the product vision, business requirements, the overall concept and the high-level design of an advanced enterprise platform.
The strategy connected the company’s operating processes with its future digital architecture and implementation path.
